Empowering Young Women
Our Daughter's: Empowering Young Women Seminar began in 2015. The seminar was started to give back to the community and to empower young women in the community. The seminar has been a huge success in the community. Many girls look forward to the seminar every year. Thank you to the mentors, mentees, helpers and of course our sponsors for playing a major role in the success of the seminar.

Our Mission
The mission of the seminar is to create a safe and positive environment for teenage girls to express themselves as they enter their adolescence. We are here to empower them to make good choices, to be confident and to experience local community support that will encourage them to follow their dreams and achieve their goals.
Our Vision
To provide effective tools to help empower young women to be knowledgeable and successful as they navigate through their adolescent years, and offer a safe, fun, and informative event for teen girls to learn, share, and grow. To enhance the future of education, businesses, organizations, and churches in our community.
Goals

To enhance the development of young girls and to expose them to the benefits and the importance of positive self-image, responsible personal conduct, respect for self and others, educational achievements, and cultural enrichment.

​To promote academic excellence among the girls by involving business and community leaders, and organization to support their goals.
